David S. Leonard, Director, has been immersed in marketing research for more than thirty years.  A native New Yorker with a background in Public Communications from Boston University, Mr. Leonard started out as an interviewer before quickly moving through the ranks to become Vice President and Business Manager of a premier New York field service.

Breaking out on his own in 1990, Mr. Leonard always felt that a "boutique" approach to working with clients on their individual projects would be more conducive to achieving the results clients demand.  "Each project is different and deserves its own particular focus.  Unless you are willing to pay close attention to detail, unless you are able to fully understand the nature of a project, you cannot integrate your methodology and resources towards achieving excellent results."
